Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying Fusion Feast House. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
Because our wellness shots are a perishable, cold-pressed product, the following conditions apply:
- Refunds are available for unopened bottles in their original packaging.
- Partially consumed products are not eligible for a refund, except where the product is faulty or does not match its description.
- Change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted after the 14-day guarantee period, as our products are perishable goods.
How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at sales@fusionfeasthouse.com.au within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the reason for your request, and (for damaged or faulty items) a photo of the product.
3. We'll respond within one business day with the next steps. If a return is required, we'll provide instructions - please do not post products back to us without confirmation.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us at sales@fusionfeasthouse.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the affected items. We will replace the affected products or refund them in full — whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
