About these terms

Fusion Feast House is operated by Fusion Feast House Pty Ltd, ABN 77 682 280 575, in Merrylands, New South Wales, Australia. These terms apply to purchases from fusionfeasthouse.com.au.

Please read these terms and our linked policies before ordering. Nothing in these terms or our policies limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Products, prices and payment

Our ginger and turmeric shots are available in packs of 12 or 24 bottles, each containing 50 mL. Check the product page and bottle label for ingredients, allergens, nutrition and care instructions.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Current one-time purchase prices are A$84 for 12 shots and a promotional A$144 for 24 shots (regular price A$168). The 24-pack promotion continues until further notice.

Review your selected pack, quantity, purchase option, delivery charge and total at checkout before paying. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details, and contact us promptly if an order detail needs correcting.

Availability and pre-orders

Dispatch depends on production and product availability; we do not have fixed dispatch days. Orders may be supplied from an existing production batch.

Pre-orders are paid in full when placed. Estimated dispatch is around two weeks after ordering, with delivery time additional. You may cancel a pre-order before dispatch for a full refund, including any original delivery fee paid, by emailing sales@fusionfeasthouse.com.au.

Contact us if your order is delayed or has not arrived. Your consumer rights continue to apply if products cannot be supplied on time or within a reasonable time.

Delivery and refrigerated storage

Delivery is available across all NSW postcodes, including regional areas, at A$15 per order. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. This estimate is additional to preparation or pre-order time.

Depending on quantity, we use refrigerated transport or insulated packaging with ice packs. Arrange to receive your delivery and refrigerate the shots promptly. Keep them below 5°C throughout storage.

Unopened shots have a refrigerated shelf life of three months from production. On delivery, we provide at least one month remaining for one pack, or two months remaining for an order of two or more packs, including 12-packs, 24-packs and mixed packs. Shake well; once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within five days. Follow the date on the bottle.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are A$72 per 12-shot pack or A$120 per 24-shot pack, plus the delivery charge. Your selected quantity and charges are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month, and you can skip upcoming orders or cancel at any time.

Returns and the first-order taste guarantee

Our refund policy sets out our 14-day returns for unopened bottles, first-order taste guarantee, refund process and help with faulty, damaged or incorrect products.

The voluntary taste guarantee covers your first pack on your first order: try up to two shots, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and return the remaining unopened bottles from that pack. We refund the price paid for that pack, excluding the original delivery fee. You pay return delivery or arrange an in-person return in Merrylands. These conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty or incorrect products under Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The time limits and return conditions for our voluntary guarantees do not limit these rights.
